qPCR Experience workshop: Real-time PCR in Gene Expression Studies includes qPCR theory review (principles and applications, chemistries and equipment) and the practical sessions. Practical part of the workshop will cover practical guidance on sample preparation and quality control, assay design, experiment setup, relative quantification strategies and normalization, practical data analysis (ddCq), primer design, MIQE guidelines etc. (See the program below)

Prof. Dr. Michael W. Pfaffl - Professor of Molecular Physiology at the Technical University of Munich in Freising. He has reached the “Principal Investigator” status at the Institute of Physiology and is one of the leading scientists concerning qPCR technology, relative quantification, and RNA expression profiling.
